Questions, answered
Is the app free?
Yes. Downloading and installing the app costs nothing.
Why does Android ask for permission to install?
Android shows this prompt for any app that does not come from Google Play. Only install APK files from this official page, and check that the address in your browser is correct.
Do I need a new account?
No. Use the same login as the Wind Esports website. If you are new, register inside the app.
How do I turn on match notifications?
Allow notifications when the app asks. You can change this later in your phone settings under Apps, Wind Esports, Notifications.
I'm stuck on the login screen. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, make sure the app is updated to the latest version, then try again. If it still fails, contact support with a screenshot.
